While this build wasn’t a particularly challenging design and build technically, where we put a lot of intention was keeping our overseas client involved and excited about our progress. Only meeting virtually in the early days, the entire design, building and inspection process was accomplished remotely. This required transparency and purposeful communication, with regular meetings via technology and sending samples for flooring and colour detail.

For us, this build embodies a key part of our identity as an organisation. While we love maintaining quality relationships with everyone we work with, we’re also happy to independently and intentionally get on with the job. Regardless of customers availability or location, we can still make their vision come to life.
